LESANZ Intermediate Licensing Workshop; The what, why and how of a Licence Agreement

This 1 day training course will provide you with an understanding of the structuring and content of a licence agreement including the key concepts behind each provision, and why these documents have evolved into the key licencing terms many use today.

Involved in licensing? This is the workshop you can’t afford to miss.  6 CPD points

Stepping into the world of IP licensing and commercialisation, and mastering the skills of negotiating, review and drafting licence agreements, can be daunting.  What are the options for key clauses? How to assess and negotiate royalties?  What clause wording to look out for?

~ How to spot issues, negotiate effectively, and avoid common pitfalls

Through interactive sessions and real-world scenarios, you’ll get to practice applying your knowledge in groups and individually ~ building a framework you’ll carry into every deal you touch.
