LESANZ is offering two exciting workshops developed over many years by our own IP Experts on intellectual asset management and licensing.
The first workshop, called "Understanding the Business of IP: Fundamental concepts & pathways to commercialisation 101 course," This workshop aims to equip attendees with the knowledge and skills to navigate the complex world of IP management, understand legal concepts related to IP rights, and successfully negotiate licensing transactions. This course is generally for those newer to Licensing and under 5 years experience.
The second workshop, titled "The what, why and how of a Licence Agreement: Core concepts and practices for structuring, negotiation and drafting - Intermediate course," will focus on the structure and content of license agreements. Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of license agreements, based on both legal and commercial concepts. This workshop aims to enhance negotiation and drafting skills, providing attendees with a valuable framework for structuring successful license agreements.
Both workshops are designed for a range of professionals, including IP managers, business development managers, legal practitioners, patent attorneys, and licensing professionals. By attending these workshops, participants will not only gain valuable knowledge and skills but will also receive certificates of completion. Legal practitioners can also earn CPD units.
