The LESANZ-WA Committee is very pleased to welcome all our members and friends to join us – in-person – for our 2021 end-of-year social golf event.  

This year marks our 21st anniversary of staging this signature event and so we hope to have as many former participants and supporters join us on the day.  As well as a bevy of great prizes to be shared around, this event promises the usual big helpings of questionable golfing skills, banter and plenty of fun.

THE FORMAT
Our usual 9-hole AMBROSE competition - basically meaning that little or no golfing ability is necessary or expected!  For the uninitiated, Ambrose is a social, team-based format which allows players of all skill levels (good, hackers, newbies) to contribute for their team over the course of the afternoon.

THE PLAN
Teams will be pre-arranged to ensure that each group contains a good mix of capabilities, companies and genders.  Drinks will be available during and after the 9-holes, with plentiful finger food and the usual table-full of prizes to be presented back at the clubhouse after the afternoon’s golf exploits.

Please feel very welcome to come along – novices and previous participants alike - and enjoy the afternoon with us to help celebrate our 21st anniversary instalment of this mainstay LESANZ-WA event.

NOTES:
Club/buggy hire is NOT included in the price - those unable to mooch some clubs from a relative or buddy will need to pay the Nedlands pro-shop separately for these on the day (clubs & pull-buggy - $15.00; pull buggy alone $5.00). Please complete the questions on registration regarding reserving these beforehand.

Nedlands also now has a dozen or so motorised carts available for hire – these also need to be booked (first come basis) and paid for separately with the Nedlands pro-shop on the day ($40.00 which can be shared by 2 players).

Please note that the usual dress code applies at Nedlands - collared tops, tailored shorts, and no cargo shorts or jeans.
